Break 'n' Spin Dance and Fitness studio is one of a kind in Llandudno. There is such a huge variety of dance and fitness Classes and is for all ages. We have brilliant Childrens Classes right up to Super Seniors classes. One thing that is guaranteed at Break 'n' Spin is that I pride myself of employing only the best instructors that I can find.

There is definitely something for everyone at the studio. It is also the nicest studio for miles around and has a lovely warm and friendly atmosphere. I like to keep my members informed with regular News letter's of everything that is going on and even organise Events that take place in other areas.

I work very hard also to organise events and workshops and bring instructors to Llandudno that live far away like London and Leeds to name a couple.
Break n Spin has also recently started catering for Childrens Parties. Our large studio is ideal for parties so we took advantage of this and have been inundated with bookings.
