About Break n Spin Dance & Fitness Studio
Hi my name is Zara Groves and I have been a Personal
Trainer and group Fitness Instructor for 17 years.
I am A.C.E. qualified in Group Fitness and Personal Training,
I also have a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
I have worked in Hong Kong and London and am now
based in North Wales.
I teach many aerobics classes
and these include:Fighting Fit, Body Pump, Step, Hi/Lo,
Aqua Aerobics, Circuit, Spinning, Fitness Pilates
and my favourite Pole Dancing. I also have many
Personal Training clients, where I help them achieve
their goals, I am with them every step of the
way and encourage and motivate them in their quest
for a happy healthy life.
I am now also running Bootcamps which are fantastic and pride myself on the fact that I can really make a difference to someones health and fat loss.
