There is no more Zumba on Monday nights starting October 31st, this is due to a change in the timetable. I am working on getting Zumba back on another night.

Lazy Daisy's is going to be starting classes in November, so if you know anyone that is now pregnant and looking for ante natal classes then please get in touch for more information.
