BOOTCAMP CHALLENGE

This programme is not for the faint hearted but I can guarantee that you will loose weight, look and feel better.  This programme is run for 2 weeks at a time. 

There is a choice of three different types of Bootcamp Challenges

1. Early Birds - This will consist of training every morning before work, Monday to Friday with an optional Saturday workout.

2. After Hours - This will consist of training every evening after work, Monday to Friday with an optioinal Saturday workout.

3. Super Intensive - This will consist of 2 workouts a day, one in the morning and one in the evening, Monday to Friday with an optional Saturday workout.

For all of the above Bootcamp Challenges I will be providing you with a healthy diet that will burn fat and will also detoxify your system .

We will be training outdoors as well as indoors, and will be training in different styles of exercise with the hope that everyone will find something that they love and then continue with that kind of exercise. 
I only want people that are serious and are willing to do as I say and stick to the diet I provide. 

I know that this program can work as I have road tested it myself - so failure is not an option.  I know that the first couple of days will probably feel like torture, but believe me by the end of the first week you will no longer hate me and by the end of the second week, when you have shed the pounds and your skin is glowing I will be your new best friend. So who wants to get in shape and can commit to me for 2 weeks?
