Dance & Fitness classes are a great way to get fit in an environment that is fun and motivating. If you have never attended a exercise class before you are missing out!

Bootcamp was brilliant, fun but hard too. After doing the intensive 2 week Bootcamp I lost 8 inches and 4lbs. My skin was really clear and I had lots and lots of newfound energy. I would totally recommend the bootcamps and think it is a great way to kick-start any healthy eating and exercise plan. I have stayed with the exercise since finishing the Bootcamp I thought it was so good. Jenny Jarvis
