Hello everyone and a Happy New Year to you – I know I am a little late, but better late than never!! I am sorry that I have not been in contact for a while but the end of last year was very trying for me and I had to make a lot of difficult decisions, which I have now and so I am now back!!
At the moment I am only teaching on a Wednesday night at the Old School Hall opposite St Hilary’s Church, Llandudno – there is Legs, Tums ‘n’ Bums from 6 p.m. till 6.45 p.m. This class only costs £4.00 and you just pay as you go.
Starting on Wednesday, 20th Feb at 7.15 p.m. – Mixed Level Pole Dancing, this class is for everyone that has done Pole Dancing before and you can pay as you go and the class costs £5.00
There will be a brand new 4 week Intro to Pole Dancing at 8.30 p.m. this 4 week course costs £37.00 – you do need to book this in advance as there are only 8 spaces click here to book your Pole Dancing course
I have been running my Fat Loss Fortnight since the beginning of Jan and have been getting some awesome results – one lady lost a stone and 2 others have lost 10 pounds and another lady has lost 7 pounds, all of them have said how amazing they feel. As most of you know by now I also have a part time business with Utitlity Warehouse which is growing constantly which is so exciting. I have been to some great training and a fantastic event in January which has inspired me so much to help people save money and also to help others to set up their own part time business too!!!

Bootcamp was brilliant, fun but hard too. After doing the intensive 2 week Bootcamp I lost 8 inches and 4lbs. My skin was really clear and I had lots and lots of newfound energy. I would totally recommend the bootcamps and think it is a great way to kick-start any healthy eating and exercise plan. I have stayed with the exercise since finishing the Bootcamp I thought it was so good. Jenny Jarvis
