Learn how to Pole Dance!!!
We run courses that are 6 weeks long starting with beginners then intermediate and
advanced courses. Each class is an hour long.
Once you have completed the advanced course we now have a new
class called
which is designed to push your Pole Dancing Fitness and Stamina. These classes are
choreographed and last for 45 mins - not for the faint hearted!!!
Or if you would prefer more attention and more privacy why not have 1 - 1 training
or do it with a friend and have 2 - 1 training. Our fully qualified instructors
will teach you step by step instructions on how to pole dance.
A pole dancing workout burns lots of calories so if you hate the gym and are looking
for something new, fun and exciting - you've found it. Pole Dancing will tone and
define your muscles, making you stronger, fitter, and more flexible. Think of Pole
Dancing as a mixture of gymnastics and ballet with lots and lots of fun and laughter!
