Hi my name is Zara Groves and I have been a Personal Trainer and group Fitness Instructor for 17 years.
I am A.C.E. qualified in Group Fitness and Personal Training, I also have a Diploma in Anatomy and Physiology.
I have worked in Hong Kong and London and am now based in North Wales.
I am qualified to teach all types of fitness classes, I now only teach my favourite classes which are Fighting Fit, Body Pump, Step, Hi/Lo, Circuit, and my favourite Pole Dancing.
I also run fatloss and health Bootcamps which are fantastic and pride myself on the fact that I can really make a difference to someones health and fat loss.

Bootcamp was brilliant, fun but hard too. After doing the intensive 2 week Bootcamp I lost 8 inches and 4lbs. My skin was really clear and I had lots and lots of newfound energy. I would totally recommend the bootcamps and think it is a great way to kick-start any healthy eating and exercise plan. I have stayed with the exercise since finishing the Bootcamp I thought it was so good. Jenny Jarvis
