I have recently become a leader for KSFL and am so excited about it.Â KSFL was created by an amazing lady called Rachel Holmes, she started the program in 2007 and has been working on it ever since, researching all the cutting edge information on the best way to lose the excess fat stores in peoples bodies.
My first group started at the beginning of May and they have had amazing results.Â I only had a small group but boy did they do well:
Emma -9 and a half pounds and 7 and a half inches
Fiona – 10 lbs and 9 and a half inches
Lucy -6 lbs and 16 inches
Sarah – 6 lbs and 8 inches
This is fantastic and I am so proud of them all!

Bootcamp was brilliant, fun but hard too. After doing the intensive 2 week Bootcamp I lost 8 inches and 4lbs. My skin was really clear and I had lots and lots of newfound energy. I would totally recommend the bootcamps and think it is a great way to kick-start any healthy eating and exercise plan. I have stayed with the exercise since finishing the Bootcamp I thought it was so good. Jenny Jarvis
